Multidisciplinary Therapy, Inc.

Our team of board certified therapists have attained the knowledge and experience working collaboratively among the therapeutic disciplines to deliver the optimal evidence based practice therapy approaches. We provide services to children and adult patients at our local Midlands facility, in the home setting and at residential memory care and nursing home facilities.

Our Staff

At Multidisciplinary Therapy, our therapists focus on the individual needs of each child and adult when developing treatment plans. When a client receives multiple services, therapists work closely as a team, communicating results of treatment and changes in function for seamless carryover in subsequent treatment sessions. Our therapists boast an extensive amount of experience, knowledge, and expertise.

Tori Leathers, M.A., CCC-SLP, President/CEO

Certified Speech Language Pathologist

Tori is an American Speech & Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned her Masters of Arts degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from South Carolina State University and her Bachelor of Arts from Hampton University in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She has experience working with a wide range of clients with various disabilities. Tori’s passion for helping others coupled with her enthusiasm for working with children and adults as a Speech-Language Pathologist serves as the foundation for her therapy.

Hope Hill, B.S.

Office Manager

Hope Hill is a native of Greenville, SC and earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from North Greenville University. She has certification from MUSC in Medical Practice Management and experience as an RBT. Hope strives to bring empathy and efficiency to the practice to allow clients to focus on their care.

Marione "Ella" Besas, M.S., CCC-SLP

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist

Marione is an ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist that earned her Bachelors and Masters of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Northeastern University. She started off her career working with adults with communication disorders and then moved on to becoming a travel speech therapist. She had the pleasure of working with both the pediatric world and the adult world, providing her with experience of many different types of clients with various needs. The ability to work with all kinds of clients, from kiddos with speech and language needs to adults with tracheas and ventilators, is Marione’s favorite part about her job. She feels incredibly lucky to do what she does.

Tyla Stuckey, M.S. CCC-SLP

Lead Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Tyla is an American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned both her Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Bachelor of Arts in English Education from Francis Marion University. She has experience working with a wide range of clients with various disabilities from pediatrics to geriatrics. During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and loved ones.

Courtney Frye, B.A., SLP-A

Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Courtney Frye is a South Carolina certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders at Columbia College. Courtney has experience working with a variety of ages; birth-3, elementary age, as well as high school. She enjoys working with children with articulation impairments and incorporates technology in therapy sessions as well as hands on materials.

Erin Thomas, B.A., SLP-A

Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Erin Thomas is a South Carolina certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology at South Carolina State University. Erin has experience working with a variety of ages; birth-3, elementary age, Middle School as well as high school. She enjoys working with children with articulation impairments, as well as crafting. During her free time she enjoys relaxing while watching a good movie, hanging with friends, family, and Shopping.

Leslie Hagood, B.A., SLP-A

Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Leslie Hagood is a South Carolina Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology at South Carolina State University. At South Carolina State University's Speech Pathology program and through her previous clinical experience, she has gained valuable knowledge in treating phonological disorders, articulation, language delays, and more. Establishing strong relationships with her clients and their families is essential to her therapeutic practice. During her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her daughter.

Madison Grace Lankford, M.S., OTR/L

Certified Occupational Therapist

Madison Lankford "Grace” is a National Board of Occupational Therapy certified Occupational Therapist. Grace graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Appalachian State University in 2021 and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Pfeiffer University in 2023. Grace is a recent graduate with a heart and passion for working with the pediatric population. She has a strong interest in sensory integration which she presented at the AOTA conference in 2022. Grace’s goal as an occupational therapist is to provide the best client-centered care to her patients by furthering her knowledge in sensory integration, assistive technology, and early interventions. During her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Gina Godinez, DPT

Certified Physical Therapist

Gina received her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University in Exercise Science and Health promotion and continued her education and graduated with honors from NOVA Southeastern University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Gina has spent her career working in an outpatient pediatric setting, as well as acute. She is active in mentoring students in undergrad and serving as a clinical instructor for physical therapy doctorate students. Gina is a South Florida native, who enjoys the outdoors and kayaking with her two dogs.

Tristan Pack, BS, BCaBA

B.S., Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Tristan, a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, earned his Bachelor's of Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. He is currently enrolled in his master's program and plans to graduate in March. Since 2016, Tristan has been in the field of ABA, working with a diverse range of clients with various disabilities and backgrounds. He takes immense joy in witnessing his clients' growth and skill expansion, considering it a privilege to be part of their lives.
